Exchanges and Returns

At Tripconductor, customers satisfaction is our priority. We provide a user-friendly shopping platform along with an excellent customer support to assist you every step of the way.

We give our customers 15 days to initiate an exchange or return. Please note that all returned products must be:
1. in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
2. folded in their original labeled bags

Please take note that:
1. postal costs for exchanges and returns are covered by the buyer, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly shipped products.
2. We are not held responsible for the lost of already shipped items.
